Access Code:   You can establish an Access Code for your patients by simply registering a patient or yourself on PredictiveHM.TM   Choose a unique code five to ten characters in length.

How to use the navigation bar:   To register a participant, select "Register." To view patients registered under your Access Code, enter your Access Code and click on "Access." To enter data, select "Data Entry." To view a particular PHM graph, enter the Patient's ID number and select "View Graph."
